Who are we

We began with a simple idea to simplify customs processes

Founded by Graham Robins, Jr. in 2007, BorderBuddy grew from a passion to simplify the intricate and complex customs process. We originated from a lineage steeped in customs expertise.

We have evolved to become a leading customs broker in the US and Canada and are dedicated to empowering both consumers and businesses with seamless import and export services.

“I turned to BorderBuddy recently to import my car into Canada. Harleen helped at every stage of the process, which was much appreciated. The information arrived in time at the US Customs and Border Protection site and the car entered Canada without difficulty.”
