Unfortunately, you must be on at least the next subscription up, Shopify. The reason for this is that Third Party Carrier Calculated Shipping services is required for our app, and that is only available in the three pricing plans above basic.

How do I turn on Third Party Carrier Calculated Shipping?

To activate the third-party carrier-calculated shipping, your store needs to be on the Advanced or Plus plan. If you're on the Shopify plan, then you can add this feature for a monthly fee or switch from monthly to yearly billing. Can we still use the BorderBuddy app even though our store address is in Canada?

Yes, you can still use the BorderBuddy app, as long as you have a U.S.-based ship-from address. The key requirement for the app to function properly is having a U.S. address loaded as your ship-from location.
